• Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET, or on weekends/holidays, ship on the next business day.
• Tracking information is emailed once your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

International Orders

• Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and regulatory compliance in their country.
• Shipments that are refused, seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
• Once a package is transferred to the carrier, GENIQ is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery failures.
