How fast will it arrive?
Most US orders arrive within 2–5 business days. Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day dispatch the same day; you'll get a tracking link by email.

Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time — we ship within the United States only. Message GINA if your situation is unusual and we'll let you know what's possible.
What if my order is damaged, lost, or isn't what I ordered?
We make it right. If a package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we replace it. If a vial isn't what the label says it is, we replace it — no questions.
Can I return an order?
Because these are research-use materials, opened/used items can't be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Unopened, unused orders can be addressed case-by-case — message GINA. The damaged, lost and wrong-item guarantees always apply.
